The Professional Work-Study Program (PWSP) is a nationally recognized model benefits everyone involved. For our partners, the program provides a cost-effective way to fill entry-level roles with intelligent, motivated student employees. For our students, the program offers the opportunity to contribute to the cost of their education while gaining real-world experience in professional settings. Each student takes a full load of college-prep classes and works one day per week in the offices of our partner organizations, preparing them for success in college, careers, and beyond.
