We are looking for students who are committed to academic, spiritual, emotional, and professional growth. It’s extremely important to us that our students are determined to do their best both in the classroom and the workplace. Application Process
During our application process, we review academic, disciplinary, and attendance records, as well as teacher recommendations. We interview those students who have fully completed the application and who show promise to be successful Cristo Rey Columbus students!
Since Cristo Rey Columbus High School exists to serve families in need of an affordable, high-quality education, there are income limits based on the number of people in a household.
Admission Requirements
1. Application: Each applicant must submit a complete application form and family proof of income, and all requested documents from the student’s current school must be received. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
2. STAR Testing: Students who take the STAR test at their current school do not need to STAR test with us. All other students will need to STAR test with us.

3. Interview: Applicants with completed applications may move into the third phase of the admissions process. Applicants who have the potential to meet criteria to be a Cristo Rey Columbus student will be invited, along with a parent/guardian, to interview with us.
For Accepted Students Only
4. Registration: Students will receive notification of admission to Cristo Rey Columbus High School via mail. Students who are accepted and plan to attend Cristo Rey Columbus must register to secure their placement in the class.

Applications will be accepted after November 21 until we have filled all available seats. To have the best chance at accepted we encourage applying for early admission.
Regular Admissions will close on Thursday, May 1, 2025

Fall Open House: Saturday, October 19, 2024, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Winter Open House: Sunday, January 26, 2025, 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Spring Open House (tentative): Saturday, April 12, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Information Sessions:
Prospective students and their families are invited to attend one of our information sessions on the dates below. Seats are limited, so please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@crchsworks.org or call (614) 223-9261 to make your reservation early.
Fall Session: Wednesday, October 9, 2024, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winter Session: Wednesday, February 12, 2025, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Shadow Days:
Shadow Days are offered to current eighth grade students who would like to experience Cristo Rey for a day. Shadow Days run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and are available on select days throughout the school year.
