Congratulations, Class of 2017!
June 11, 2017 was a historic day for our Cristo Rey Columbus family! It was a day that saw the fruition of four long years of dedication and heart as we strove to shape the education of students in a way never before attempted in Columbus. It was the day that our inaugural class of seniors graduated!
At Cristo Rey Columbus, we like to say we boldly aim to transform Columbus one student at a time. That is undoubtedly the story of our first senior class. Our students overcame deaths of parents and other family members, academic bumps in the road, economic struggles, and all the usual high school age issues.
100% of our graduates were accepted into college. Not only that, together they successfully competed for a combined $1.3 million in merit-based scholarships to fund their college education over the next four years.
